CoAlive is committed to empowering students in Lower Eastern Kenya through holistic educational support. This is achieved through different sub-themes:
School feeding program: CoAlive is aimed at ensuring children stay nourished and focused in class. The school feeding programme has commenced in the Matinyani area of Kitui and plans to go to the entire Kitui County and beyond.

4-K clubs (Kuungana, Kufanya, Kusaidia Kenya) meaning Coming together and Act to help Kenya. With 4-K clubs, CoAlive holistically equips learners with hands-on agricultural skills and instills environmental stewardship. These clubs empower young minds to embrace sustainable farming and food security from an early age.
School Infrastructure development: CoAlive key interest is to ensure the quality of the learning environment to enhance the comfort, safe and supportive environment for the learners and the teachers while at the learning facilities. CoAlive supports this by improving school infrastructure, such as equipping and updating the libraries with up-to-date resources for the learners and the teachers, improvement of sanitation and classroom facilities, and the kitchen with energy-saving jokes.
Breaking through the financial barriers: CoAlive believes and supports the constitution on the right to education for every child. CoALive has a scheme that supports deserving learning with scholarships and bursaries to ensure their education dream is not hindered by the financial challenges.
Reward, Mentorship, and Career Guidance: Our Reward, Mentorship, and Career Guidance programs will inspire students to reach their full potential of career development, thus achieving academic excellence.
The book project: CoAlive believes that a book in the hands of a child is gateway to his/her world possibilities. The Book Project equips schools with essential learning materials, fostering a culture of reading and lifelong learning and educational empowerment for every child.
